I had actually quit drinking for close to a decade, but fell into bad habits again a little under a year ago. It wasn't too bad getting off the booze again thankfully. I realized how damaging it was, and once I had made the decision I was able to commit.

If you really want it you can achieve it 🫂💪

I'm far from having a problem. But noticed the one drink became two. And some mornings (guess I'm old) I can feel it just a bit. Unsure yet if worth it, but trending down
