He’s not complaining… hardware wallets are a really insane fucking rabbit hole to get into and the deeper you get in, the more you learn about attack vectors, the more insane you start to become about security when it’s something as valuable as self-custodying bitcoin
Idk the dude so I can’t speak to who he is but they have really covered the bases with coldcard and they should make you all aware of software app front end vulns
