What makes you say this, what do you notice
The shot was coming out to fast and the color changes too quickly.
I usually fine tune the preset to make around 2:1 bean weight at 27-30 seconds. (So if I use 18g of beans, I aim to draw around 36g shot)
The shot ahit flow evenly, yours seem to sputter near the end and started off too strong. This usually indicates channeling which could be caused by coarse grind or uneven grind. If you use the stock grinder that comes with the machine you'll also benefit from WDTs
But watching the video again, the pressure was spot on.. weird, it's probably just channeling which can be caused by clumps or uneven grind.
