Duo is great for consistency. A little bit everyday keeps you going.

Highly recommend 'tandem' for practice. It's like Twitter spaces but multilingual.

Also there's a great app called 'language transfer' which teaches you the theory behind the Spanish language, which is suprisingly simple and very effective.
