I had the same issue and some zaps were lost. I stopped using Get Alby and switched to Wallet of Satoshi today
I had my wallet set to #[0] but noticed incoming zaps weren’t showing on my notes properly. Sats were received but in Damus the zaps didn’t show on the notes at all, and in Nostur they showed as “Unverified zaps.” When I changed my wallet to a different wallet the incoming zaps started showing up properly on notes again. Problem with Alby?

Must be having issues on their end then. It was only set to Alby for a short time and then I switched to WoS as well. It’s been the most consistent for receiving zaps.

Bonjour y a t-il un moyen s'il vous plaît de vérifier qu'un portefeuille alby est bien configuré avec notamment des comptes nostr associés à une seule de compte nostr. Techniquement je commence à désespérer..une aide serait précieuse pour qu'enfin je ne m'en préoccupe plus ' 🙏🤲🫂
