As much as I think this is cool as he'll ot raises security concerns for nsecs. As of right now stealing an nsec would be to impersonate or steal followers and notes but a stolen nsec is not detrimental.

With this a stolen nsec is stolen money as well. I feel it's important that we keep the functions separate for security.

I'm no expert, so I may be misguided or not understand fully. What do you guys think?

Good point

On the other hand, it may be a perfect way to bring new users who know nothing about lightning wallets.

My identity is way more valuable to me than pocket change, so getting my nsec compromised would be absolutely more annoying because of that rather than the money.

This is not meant to be to keep your savings; this is for pocket money 😉

You can also encrypt some of the wallets with a passphrase so that even if an attacker compromises your nsec they’d still need that to spend.

Yes. You are absolutely right. I think this is a great idea, don't get me wrong. You created a sweet thing and I think where you guys are taking nostr, a nostr identity will be super valuable to an individual. I guess I was looking at it through a today spectrum.

I also mentioned I wasn't an expert so I likely don't see all the angles!
