There is something very reassuring about going to bed hearing rain pour into my 120 000L watertank. The bubbling, gurgle of life and I don't have to taste Adelaide water.

We don't go overboard. We have a twin filter system after the pump at the tank, 5 micron silver carbon filter for the last stage. Frogs and tadpoles live in the tank 😂, so it's already relatively clean.
