#Nostr Log Day 56:

Learning about bitcoin has been a long, slow process of gathering varying perspectives, application of use case, and gradual education on far more topics than I've ever been thrust into.

A topic of multiplicity and unending maze like pondering. A rebuilding of my understanding of how communication of information, and how the manipulation of such by small groups who maintain power over the systems of information they control, can alter the way we interact and perceive truths.

I can't not look at the way things are in almost every aspect without now seeing it through an alternative lense of fair and open participation. Bound to finite supply. On a ledger available to anyone. With rules optional and unchangeable by any one group.

Possessing the keys to utxo sets that then make me the sole failure point. While not certain I'm on the right train, the benefits outweigh the risk to me.

It's a lonely plane to exist in when nearly no one else around you seems to see it. Or be willing to even entertain such thoughts.

The few I have began to onboard and explain my understandings of to. Who have asked me questions, reinforcing my confidence in my ability to explain such things. Exposing where I need to get a firmer grasp on ideas to better explain.

I look forward to more conversations with those if they allow it.

Yet here on #nostr I find similar minded individuals to be reminded I'm not so alone or purely crazy in my growing conviction in this new system. A welcome reprieve from the monotony of the daily grind so many seem perfectly content with.

Who needs deep philosophical or nuanced bothersome thought these days? I feel like American Idol may have play a significant part in this downturn.

Oh well.
