Eat healthier with a competition!
I had a goal to track my vegetable and fruit diversity to increase my microbiom health.
I also wanted to make it fun, so a competition seemed right.
So the GutHealth App idea was born.
GutHealth App available features:
- Add vegetables and fruits per day
- List daily added vegetables
- See weekly vegetable and fruit count aka history
- Add friends
- See friends weekly count aka history
So far this experience was so fun to compete with family over the number of vegetables eaten, and motivate eachother to eat more.
Next step add the nutrients of all vegetables and show detailed consumed nutrients to really know why this is healthy.
