I understand that an adult's values are incredibly difficult to change. So, I don't harbor any hope of changing others' values or even trying to reconcile differences with them. For a long time now, I've been expressing my own worldview and principles. Beyond just recording and articulating them, it's also a way to filter out people whose values don't align with mine. Those who don't resonate with my values will naturally choose to distance themselves, which helps avoid collaborations with people holding different core beliefs.

However, beyond just shared values, it's also crucial to have complementary strengths, aligned interests, and fair profit distribution. I know it's not easy to find comrades who fit all these criteria.
