Hope it's a good one with lifting time and great food 😁

Trying to figure what lifts I should do.

Leftover chili today so I am satisfied with the eats.

It’s kind of not being bound by a workout schedule and figuring out what to do. I rotate between a set but with this 31 days thing I find myself having to reach for things I haven’t done or hitting a muscle group that isn’t sore.

Chili sounds awesome. Salmon bagel + lentil soup here today

I would not be able to only eat one salmon bagel. 😆 so good!

Everything is sore today except for the back. I’ll figure something out. Probably just push through.
