Back in the 1940's and 50's when some emigrants arrived in the US from their old country as teenagers, their parents added 10 years to their age (a 14 yo is now 24 yo) on the paper work so they can get jobs and contribute to the their household finances.

Well fast forward a few decades later, those same folks can now retire essentially 10 years earlier.

But they choose to continue working. Some of them.

Immigrants are an easy target, often blamed for rorting the system or taking jobs. But they tend to work harder than people in that country and often start successful businesses, because they see the opportunities they have there.
