Our birth is overshadowed by life, we suffer from natural guilt, our inabilities more apparent with each passing day, we start from a place of diminishment.
Our culture accelerate this diminishment when it marginalizes 'absolute truths' down to the individual experience, so much so that the only truth that matters is our own victimage. Contemporary life floats, our carefully crafted immorality projects, drifting as a boat with no place to drop anchor.
Transhumanism uses this FUD, promising us a means to overcome our inheritance of biological and genetic guilt. Transcendence via homo heroica vested in technological means, pursuit of enhancement, always upgrading to fulfill our true potential.
Transhumsnism offer of 'reinvention' seeks for us to shed our bodies, to drop away from our natural guilt, to reformulate our immorality projects, to ameliorate the effects of the flesh.
Our ultimate need is redemption, not reinvention. God's image is basis for human dignity. Humanity isn't something to shed or in need of transcendence. Human flourishing can be found, not in the shedding of natural guilt of the body, nor found in technological innovation or progress, but in the embracing of divine guilt.
Our human limitations are a blessing rather than a curse, for they remind us there is only one Homo Desu.
