what is this connector called? reality wants to charge me 30$ for a replacement cable. They can fuck off.
That end is called a JST connection. Looks like a 5-pin (hence the "5" wires coming into the connector).

You can buy a JST connector crimping kit on something like amazon for less than $30. Can reinstall the broken wire and the others on the new connector; no soldering required.
