This is highly dependent on how much volume you get during your workouts. I eat in a 6 hour window usually. I need a reminder to have a snack in the middle of the window to make sure I eat enough for the amount of exercise I do

my window is 6 to 8 hours. It would be just one meal a day but coffee and cream gets the clock ticking. I use to do a 4 hour window when I did not add cream to my coffee but I can’t drink just coffee while fasting my stomach doesn’t like it. What I love about intermittent fasting is eating one giant ridiculous sized meal.

Same I usually do 6 but some work days I switch to 7 if I’m hungry earlier. The giant meal to start the eating window on weekends is great.
