Aren't there theories about alien spacecraft using gravitational fields to travel? Maybe there's something there đŸ¤¨

If you could create matter with negative mass it is theoretically possible to warp spacetime in a way that allows you to ride around on a spacetime bubble, but its not clear to me how this bubble could move faster than the natural propagation speed of gravity.
