state as well... look where are states where leaders rule by fear, vs the states where leaders rule by hope (get a good education, be a good citizen, work hard, save, invest, and similar crap).
Sure, I guess I was going back to Hobbes, but you’re right, nobody thinks about it in those terms anymore.
