There are many western countries with a severe lack of talent in their job market, a dire need of high-skilled workers, and an aging population for the decades to come, which rely heavily on attracting educated immigrants.
Being so good that nobody can say no to you is great from a personal perspective but from a societal one, I don't think waiting 100 years for the market to fix racism is is an option.
what do you think will fix it ? government welfare schemes such as tax breaks and free childcare etc programs to increase the birth rates ?
I don't know, but many western countries are on a downward-spiralling path caught up between protecting their own people and keeping up the age pyramid that's baked into their social contracts.

Not arguing against anything you said btw. Read your OP and I agree with it, just adding another perspective. Personally, there is nothing you can do other than to be the best in your field.
