This is a bit of a joke, as it invalidates the entire block on your node, but it is an example. It is not necessary to go to the level of censorship of the miners.

I would do it only on the inscription field.

if all it does is refuse to propagate inscribed blocks until after they have 6 blocks mined on them then i don't see the problem, this allows the occasional fork without inscriptions to get a tiny bit of a timing edge on being propagated

anything else is gonna cause either forks or laggy updates of transactions in blocks it's refusing to mark as best

i can't imagine that someone who is working on bitcoin core doesn't know this btw
