Not the US, the Trump administration, and this isn’t surprising at all when you consider our president’s a convicted felon.

He’s currently breaking a law regarding TikTok that was passed by congress and held up by the Supreme Court, all so he can make some money off of the sale.

What happens if someone hurts themselves or some other behavior is captured on a platform that is supposed to be shut down? Apple and Google will get hung out to dry, that’s what, and the tangerine turd will come out of it unscathed thanks to precedent regarding presidential immunity.

Public law protects the political class from any accountability.

Not sure what you mean, I was simply pointing out that Google and Apple are still breaking the law as well and if something happens because someone got access to an app that is supposed to be banned, Apple and/or Google will be on the chopping block as our elected felon will just claim presidential immunity.

That’s why that was so important to him to win, it had nothing to do with sending him to prison for his insurrection conviction, it had everything to do with his current agenda.

The administration _is_ the government. When will people stop playing sides and realize this is people versus the government.
