Thanks for the reply. I did the "STOP LND AND DELETE NEUTRINO FILES", I had to do it twice to work, but then everytime I restart the app I have the same issue and I must do it again and again to sync.
Did you change your peers at all?

Ok, the problem solved by unchecking the "connect only to the specified peers" at Neutrino Peers page. Thanks for the help.
