8 months of back and forth, two 4 hr phone calls later, the IRS admits their mistake of counting a capital gain as short term when it was clearly listed as long term cap gain...... They just decided to randomly without reason change a tax form from long to short term capital gain without reason. They called it a mistake, I call it see if the sucker will pay.
