Why would you pay too much or too little and have to somehow be involved in some bullshit recocilliation that might lead to legal charges where you have to defend yourself in court where the outcome might lead to jail time and/or prison sentences when it is all the governmens doing in the first place, and they like to pretend they do not have the technology or skill or total purview to manage it themselves with computers, so you pay extra if you are a good girl and/or boy.?
