They can request that Twitter ban accounts, but they can't prevent you from using a Nostr client to connect to relays.
They can remove all Nostr clients from the App and Play stores. But they can't ban the GitHub pages of Nostr clients to prevent you from downloading them.
Trying would be like trying to ban the internet. Like trying to prevent everyone from using Whatsapp.

Even better. You can download Coracle from it's GitHub page and run it yourself. So even if the "official" Coracle site goes down, you can still use it.
Similar to how Nodeless went down, but you can run your own instance anyway so it didn't stop anything.
