Elon is trying to copy web5, by implementing "coins". It did not come as a surprise since he has said himself that he does not understand smart contracts/web3. But many thought he was going to build Twitter on the blockchain. Web3 does not serve the people. It works in the same way as web2. With venture capitalists investing in projects that are on very centralized servers/blockchains.
