Sounds like Pop_OS will release this fall with the new Cosmic DE (rust based alternative to gnome/kde).
It will be their first release on two years 🔥😁

Interesting. I haven’t used a DE in such a long time. Curious about cosmic and why they chose it
their focus is on productivity so they work hard on little tricks for workspaces and window tiling and felt limited by gnome so they built their own
I just want an update, their last release was based on 2022 Ubuntu 😁
I will be checking this out at very least in a VM, it's very interesting.
