If you have a situation that seems beyond your control or something that got out of control, speak to it, speak about it. It doesn't NOT have dominion over you. You have dominion over it. Cuss at it if you have to, but realize that nothing has dominion over you. Keep kicking it ass into submission and don't stop until it does. You own that bitch!
