I unironically came close to buying one a few years back as a fuck off bears while hiking rifle cause they are so light and small but then pistol braces came out and just got a 11inch ar upper.
I almost bought a Sub-2000 on one than more occasion ,but then Ruger came out with the PC carbine and I my want of a sub-2000 disappeared like a fart in the wind.
