IMHO, you’ll never find scientific proof God exists. And this is not a mistake.
Once upon a time, a young king wanted to find a wife in his realm or beyond. Having seen all the prettiest princesses abroad and fairest noble ladies in his realm, he secretly decides upon the blacksmiths’ daughter, a peasant.
Knowing full well he could commmand her to marry him, or merely reveal his feelings for her to coerce her hand into marriage, he quietly disguised himself as a blacksmith apprentice and started learning under her father. Seven years he spent learning the craft, all the while earning the affection of his daughter. At the completion of his training, he proposed to the blacksmiths’ daughter…
After she agreed to marry him, he revealed his true identity to her and made her queen the day they married.
Why did he make himself indistinguishable from a peasant? It’s the same reason God does not allow irrefutable scientific proof of His existence. He wanted to be chosen. He didn’t want to coerce. He wanted love, not obedience.
So, is God real and longing for a relationship with you or is everything that exists merely the result of matter doing what matter does?
If you’re looking outside your heart for the answer, you’ll never find it. Your heart was made for story. The story of God loving humanity is a long one. It’s in the Bible.
So what seems right to you? It’s all random chance? Or the God of the universe wants to know you?
