I believe that our reality is fundamentally shaped by what we give our attention to.

Every time we support a system that does not align with our morals and values, we only reinforce that system and allow it to exist through our own compliance or ignorance; this as we know can lead to unintended consequences.

Australians and many parts of the world are entering into dark days with online censorship, digital identification, social credit score systems, and central bank digital currencies; if you have no idea what this is, I highly suggest you take the time to learn about it as it has an extremely negative effect on your freedom.

This dystopian world is unfortunately being implemented right now by our own government and bills are being passed without your consent, hidden under the guise of “safety” (sound familiar?).

I believe that we need to make a stand on this urgently, as a tech guy that deeply understands this space, I’m raising the alarm.

I’ve always believed, “be the change you want to see in the world”. We have the power to vote for change through our actions, contributions, economic energy, and what we give our attention to. Change starts with you, so choose wisely.

We have the opportunity to opt out in a small way, but collectively this has a big impact; here’s how:

- Encourage your friends to communicate with you via #NOSTR

- Study #Bitcoin (take sovereignty of your wealth, free from inflation and 3rd party/gov control)

- Download a VPN (I use #Proton)

- Consider where your personal data/files are stored (again Proton - it’s encrypted)

- Support local farms and markets

- Grow your own food (if you can)

- Find alternatives to companies that don’t support your core values, opt out and make them aware of why.

- Express your views for change in a constructive and empathetic format, it’s a delicate subject to navigate

As you learn, bring others along for the journey; we must do this together. ❤️
