Seems to me those most "lost" are born in first world countries though. Reconcile that.

I'm fact, most traveller's who migrate to these regions end up with the brutal habits and capitulation most "affluent" people born in better circumstances already have done.

So... it is the system, and it's is routed in broken money and every hollow element it possesses the people with. Unfortunately.

It's propaganda that gets people who live on a shack on the side of scenic volcano to want to trade that and a closer proximity to being human for the ability to have an iPhone.

Bad trade off. I'd prefer to trade with some of these people lol

At the core, I think the issue is that money is being used to do things that it shouldn’t be used for - like creating structures. We as humans will default to efficiency (because we are either “smart” or “lazy” - depending on your subjectation) at a certain population magnitude. In the end some heiarchy or hierophant will have to step in to build structures that money fails to do, hopefully by the time that happens democracy is still a choice.
