He's just parroting the NATO lie that Ukraine has any chance of winning this thing. I used to know many Russians and Ukrainians years ago and what they've done post-2014 to Ukrainians to get them to hate Russians this much is just ugly. These people where like brothers and sisters not even a decade ago.

It's not his first stupid take on geopolitical matters. I try to ignore him mostly but since nostr gives me free speech, I throw an insult in his direction every now and then. Don't care much if he even reads it.

I don't even scroll through his replies so I don't know what else he may be getting. Examples provided are ugly regardless.

“what they've done post-2014 to Ukrainians to get them to hate Russians"

Dude, the "they" here is Russians. They've been killing Ukrainians in large numbers since 2014.

It's so bad that Russians regularly put out propaganda videos bragging about how they murder Ukrainian civilians with drones. Here's one of the latest from the other day, attempting to murder a man walking his dog in the Kherson area:

The only way that you could say Ukrainians and Russians are "like brothers" is if you had a psychotic family member who had tried to abuse you your entire life.

The faster Russian culture is exterminated, the better off we all are.

And what, does it look like Russia is winning?! They used to hold 30% of Ukraine's land, and now they hold 19%. Look, I don't know who'll win this war, obviously, but seeing a little country resisting against the biggest country in the world, and the second army on this planet... I'm speechless.

Look up the word proxy.

It's moronic to think that Ukraine is anything without Europe and more importantly the US.

The US wants out and has left it to Europe to foot the bill.

This is what this obsession with Ukraine is doing to Europe.

If you base your assessment for a Russian victory on the amount of land controlled, you're already falling for the NATO narrative that Russia wanted to completely invade Ukraine.

IMHO the Russian Embassy in China wrote the best definition for the SMO: https://pekin.mid.ru/en/news/about_the_special_military_operation_in_ukraine/ (Muh "Russian Propaganda"!!!11)
