Russia says it is using Bitcoin for international payments, therefore international trades and to avoid sanctions.
This could be perhaps the first of a country that has used Bitcoin to avoid sanctions

so, these payments should be visible to those who have access to the blockchain (read: anyone). Can someone verify these payments? They should be large enough in size that they stick out.
The reason why I am asking about this is that everyone seems to think that bitcoin or another coin will eventually be used by governments, but if the blockchains are visible, won't that mean that all government payments would also be visible? I wonder how the USG feels about that....
