I was just trying 2 do a test send_tx out make sure I could send… receiving works great now the sending is the problem this is also taking place with a passphrase wallet address and I can see the jade is connected to the proper wallet other passphrase address seem to work fine :/

Weird. Do you have your 12 words? DO NOT GIVE THEM TO ANYONE. But you can use the 12 words to just recover a software wallet on sparrow if you can't figure out the issue with the jade. Then maybe email Blockstream and see if they can help.
Yes recovery works fine factory reset test and recovered the wallet fine. set it back up everything is working just fine. Just sending is an issue but the more I read the more I’m feeling like it’s just a driver update.
