Wild caught the only way. Farmed shrimp and fish are literally garbage.

Good farmed oysters the only exception.

What's the Proof of Wild? The label? Personally I don't trust the labels. There's much profit in mislabelling.

I eat shrimp occasionally but I try not to overdo it due to high levels of heavy metals in pretty much all seafood

Just don't need that much. Selenium more important. Some iodine from seafood is great. Never supplement.
