Totally! If I am able to manage more time in the morning, I will start a wake up tea routine. ๐Ÿซ– As a child I did not understand how people love to drink something awful tasting like coffee, then I did it too, itโ€™s crazy what it does to your energy level and mood!

Itโ€™s okay to be sensitive :), & drinking something fresh with some vitamins would also be a refreshing start into the day if necessary! ๐Ÿ˜

A morning tea routine is a neatly meditative way to start the day. I love quiet mornings. Then I get to work and it's loud all day. LOL!

I still don't understand the appeal of coffee...

I use ear plugs 100% of the time. I do have mostly intact hearibg, though with some tinnitus.

I am pretty convinced coffee is an unhealthy addiction coupled with Stockholm syndrome... Heh
