Yea but as they generally wont touch what they cannot repair or build themselves most chip based electronics would be a no-go, along with the tech that relies on that tech.

Im not entirely sure why they would even have a strong need for money with such behaviour as trade wouldnt be as common? Idk, someone would need to enlighten me on that one.
