Good morning nostr, time for coffee again, and i'm sippin on mine as i think about the day ahead. I'm trying to think of what we'll cook for the Saturday family visit, and i'm leaning toward the same thing as last weekend. We went to the local meat market and got a couple of large roasts that i cooked in the crockpot, shredded the next day, then had shredded beef tacos to serve. Everyone loved it, since i made homemade salsa and avocado sauce to put on it. Its a good, inexpensiven way to feed a crowd, plus it goes a long way as tacos.
