This is all you have to do to freeze your garden tomatoes so that you can use them all winter long.

1. Wash the tomatoes.

2. Remove the stems.

3. Freeze the tomatoes.

When you take them from the freezer:

4. Put them in the sink while still frozen.

5. Turn hot water on them and the peelings will come off easily.

6. Cut them up while still frozen and add to any recipe.
