Not sure what you mean by Windows & Linux here, but this shell runs exactly the same on both platforms, except you use platform-specific commands, of course.
I discovered NuShell. That's actually quite neat. My work has no dev environment, primarily works on Windows (so, PowerShell) but someone might work on Linux in the future, so I'd hate to break all scripts just because of that. So I might just end up investing some time in that project and see if I can somehow marry it with Just.
