Tomorrow is the 4th annual Ross seafood boil. We started out as a 2020 COVID-19 gathering, as everything was closed, it was a way for my circle of friends to get together and enjoy life. This event has turned into a large annual event with several families.

I spent all afternoon noon preparing. From patio cleaning, to splitting wood, to yard work, to cleaning out the garage, I am beyond tired. But everything is ready. All seafood and other ingredients have been bought. Maybe I'll add my recipe to nostr.cooking later... 👀

We'll have lots of other seafood sides too. l'll be steaming cherrystone clams on the grill and my mother is making clam chowder. A friend is making bacon wrapped scallops.
