Pretty much whatever you want. A good friend of mine did this. They did sandwiches and made a killing until they lost a permit or some sort of zoning killed their spot. It can be lucrative or at least profitable if done correctly. But can also be a huge gaping money pit if done incorrectly. Health code permits were also huge and time consuming FWIR too.
