There seems to be an issue with relay management on Damus. I’m seeing this too and it is because Damus insists on re-adding an old relay I had removed some time ago that still thinks I’m following people I’m no longer following
Not really
Sometimes people show up because of hashtags you follow too, even if you unfollow their profile.
