Finished. It seems this type of cut pretty good considering the price.
It's cheaper than ribeyes, much less fat, but still soft and tender.
I pre cut the steak so that the pieces have even thickness. It was a good call. Juicy inside, nice caramelization outside. This time no butter or rosemary, but real generous amounts of salt. Daughter liked it, so have I
