Okay, I can see the merit of cinnamon sugar on bacon. The whole sweet and savoury thing sure. But cinnamon toast crunch bacon? Fuck no.

Doooo it. I could see it going really well with like an English muffin, bacon and egg kind of sandwich thing in the morning.

add honey and maple syrup to the pan at the end of cooking the bacon, for like 10 seconds while tossing. not too much, not long enough to burn.

Yeah, I do this carbonara variation where I end up baking bacon with honey and rosemary. Turns out really well.
