When #zapping ⚡️do you differentiate between original work and reposted content?

I usually have a hard time zapping content that is simply reposted from the Internet. Even AI generated content doesn’t feel as worthy to me as if someone has spent the time and labor, i.e. put in the work, to create an artwork. 🤔

Here's how I value stuff. I'm not strict about it at all

1. It elicited a genuine response from me

2. I haven't seen it before

3. It's apropos to the discussion

If like to discourage the thought that generating good AI is easy.

Coming up with a good prompt is often difficult and can be very time consuming.

Please install Stable Diffusion and try for yourself.

Yes I played with stable diffusion and also platforms like Leonardo.ai and Midjourney. You are right … it’s easy to get to 80% but to get a really good image there is a lot of experience and trail and error needed.

I try to avoid zapping reposted content, but I’ve done so by mistake. I’m okay with zapping AI-generated art, if it’s good.

Can you please 🙏🏻 explain what is this zapaton thing?

On Thursday and Friday evening at around 23:00 CEST (9pm GMT) (if I recall correctly?) everyone goes crazy posting and zapping under the hashtag #zapathon

Thank you very much sir 🫡
