Bistec Recipe:

Per pound of steak

- 1 clove garlic

- 1/4 tsp black peppercorns

- 1/8 tsp cumin seeds

Pound into paste and marinate steak.

- 1/4 onion sliced in oil

- brown steak

- add potatoes (optional)

- add sliced peppers

- add crushed tomatoes

- season and simmer
