Training for a Memorial Day competition. 2.5 mile loop, 30 obstacles, AMRAP in 6 hours with 25lbs pack

Some people are doing it without a pack and some are on teams that can tag each other other in after each lap

My goal is to beat most, if not all, teams… without dying! 🤣🤣🤣
