It was removed from the app. You need to run Orbot in parallel now to connect via Tor.
Even with Orbot i can't connect to Phoenix. Doesn't work anymore.

It's still working for me. Have you selected Phoenix in Orbot? Also, stop any VPN if you have one running, it might collide with Orbot.
I will try stop my non-stop vpn and see what it brings… Thanks for the advice.
