Not sure if I understand what you need. Do you want to do zapvertisements from Amethyst? Why not using a zapvertizing client?
Meaning somehow to promote listings. Use a bot or something to do it. All the listings in your store get buried by new listings. Random promotions of the notes could help people actually sell things
